The telecommunications industry and the offensive security community often operate in silos. Telecom experts understand the intricacies of signaling protocols, core networks, and radio access, but may lack visibility into modern adversarial tradecraft. Conversely, red teams excel in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities but frequently lack the deep, domain-specific knowledge required to effectively target telco infrastructure.

Our mission is bridging the gap between telecom domain expertise and offensive security tradecraft through telecom security research enablement.

By uniting telecom experts and red teams, we foster a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared, vulnerabilities are identified proactively, and critical infrastructure is secured against state-level adversaries. We believe that true security is achieved through collective adversarial simulation and shared intelligence.

Traditional security assessments focus primarily on the enterprise IT layers, leaving the underlying telecommunications network interfaces unexamined. Threats targeting signaling protocols — SS7, Diameter, GTP — and baseband vulnerabilities operate at a layer below standard OS defenses. Securing these pathways requires a paradigm shift: from vulnerability scanning to deep protocol fuzzing and carrier-grade simulation.

By establishing open research hubs and collaborative labs, we standardize threat models across telecommunications infrastructure — giving red teams protocol emulators for safe realistic exercises, while providing carrier engineering teams the visibility to validate signaling firewall policies and detect stealthy interconnect exploits before they result in customer impact or state-level espionage.
